Ellie Brenner, MBA, CBC
Ellie Brenner is the founder of Brenner Consulting, bringing a powerful blend of academic excellence, real-world experience, and unshakable determination to her work with entrepreneurs. She is a Certified Business Consultant and holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Management from Wayne State University . With over seven years of experience in operations and business management, Ellie specializes in building strong, sustainable business foundations.
A former Division 1 NCAA fencing team captain at Wayne State and a finisher of the grueling Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, Ellie is no stranger to perseverance, leadership, and high performance. She brings that same drive and focus into her business consulting, helping clients turn ideas into impactful, purpose-driven businesses with clarity, structure, and confidence. Her approach combines strategic thinking, real-world experience, and unwavering support to help entrepreneurs overcome obstacles, make sound decisions, and build businesses that last.

Cassie Brenner, MS
Cassie serves as Brenner Consulting's Community Outreach Coordinator, helping strengthen the connections that make local businesses and communities thrive. Her passion for people, service, and meaningful relationships plays an important role in how we build partnerships and support the organizations around us.
Whether she's coordinating community involvement, connecting business owners with valuable resources, or helping foster new relationships, Cassie believes that strong businesses are built on strong communities. She is dedicated to creating opportunities for collaboration, growth, and positive impact both inside and outside the workplace.

Roo Brenner
Roo Brenner is the heart and soul of Brenner Consulting's culture team. As our Chief Barketing Officer, she specializes in boosting morale, encouraging work-life balance, and reminding everyone that sometimes the best business solutions come after a walk outside.
When she's not supervising strategy sessions from her favorite sunny spot, Roo can be found conducting quality control on treats, greeting visitors with enthusiasm, and ensuring the team takes regular breaks to stay productive. Her leadership style is simple: build strong relationships, stay curious, and always greet opportunities with a wagging tail.
While Roo may not create business plans or operational dashboards, she plays a critical role in our mission by keeping spirits high and bringing a little joy to every project.
